On Thursday
25 September, select members of the architecture industry, including media,
architects, and distribution partners, all came together at the beautiful Mon
Bijou Penthouse in Melbourne to celebrate the launch of new Hunter Douglas
Commercial products.
Upon arrival,
the guests were treated to a performance from a French accordion artist, and
sumptuous canapés. The evening’s presentations were led by Jenny Brown,
National Marketing Manager from Hunter Douglas who welcomed the guests and gave
an overview of the world-leading company. She introduced Brett Annesley,
General Manager at Hunter Douglas Commercial, who presented the newest
architectural solutions from the brand, including an overview of recent
multi-million dollar projects.
Following
Brett, Hunter Douglas’ Product Specialist and Motorisation Expert, Kane
Fuessel, took the floor to present the company’s range of motorisation
solutions. He also gave the guests a glimpse to the exciting future of window
covering motorisation. The evening’s final presenter, Natasha Croft, Product
Design & Development Manager of Hunter Douglas presented the newest product
from Hunter Douglas Commercial, Screen Nature Ultimetal Fabric for Roller
Blinds.
The launch of
Screen Nature Ultimetal marks another industry first from Hunter Douglas
Commercial, as it brings to Australia a fabric that leads the industry in environmental,
fire and smoke classifications and exceeds the strict requirements in health
and safety.
All in all it
was an enjoyable and successful evening, with all the guests praising the
unique venue and leaving excited with all they have learned about Hunter
Douglas Commercial.
